David Buckley, Turning Point Centers newly hired Chief Financial Officer, brings 30 years’ experience in healthcare finance, including over a decade in the behavioral health industry.  As CFO, David will oversee the company’s financial operations.  David’s previous behavioral health experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance for Elements Behavioral Health, where he was responsible for oversight of corporate and financial operations while helping the company grow to one of the nation’s most recognized behavioral health platforms.

Chris Jaquis joins Turning Point Centers as the SVP of Business Development and Payer Relations.  Chris is a strategic growth expert with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health. He has served in various executive functions for some of the largest and most successful addiction treatment companies in the United States. Vjollca Martinson will serve as Clinical Director for the Turning Point management team. She received her PhD and MS degrees from Brigham Young University in Marriage, Family and Human Development and Marriage and Family Therapy.  Vjollca has extensive experience working in the field of addiction and co-occurring disorders.  She is a proven clinical leader with success treating adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with substance use disorders and mental health diagnoses in both acute and sub-acute settings. Vjollca enjoys mentoring clinicians and helping them reach their full potential by sharing best practices on how to work with individuals who struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other symptoms.  Her strong clinical philosophy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

“Our team of leaders demonstrates a ‘service-first’ attitude focused on delivering quantifiable results for patient outcomes,” said Chris Mackintosh, Chief Executive Officer of Turning Point Centers. “Our culture is one of compassion, and Vjollca Martinson, Chris Jaquis and David Buckley demonstrate the core values we expect from our team.  As we continue to work with individuals and their loved ones to create and sustain meaningful long-term recovery, I am confident the new members of the Turning Point leadership team will be instrumental in our success.”
