Sadie Lemmon is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in child, adolescent, and addiction psychiatry. Her clinical experience spans residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings, with a focus on co-occurring substance use, trauma-informed care, PTSD, and complex mood and behavioral disorders.
Sadie is passionate about helping individuals reclaim stability and restore a sense of self through an integrative, holistic approach. Her work blends evidence-based treatment with authentic, compassionate, person-centered care. At Turning Point Centers, she is committed to creating individualized, collaborative care plans that honor each patient’s unique story, strengths, and goals.
Outside of her clinical role, Sadie is a proud mother of five. She finds balance and grounding in the mountains of Utah and embraces both family life and clinical practice with empathy, humor, and resilience.
