Kaylum Paletta is the Clinical Director at Lone Peak and a licensed clinical mental health counselor and substance use disorder counselor. He brings more than 19 years of experience across all levels of mental health and addiction care.
Kaylum specializes in trauma, personality disorders, men’s issues, and co-occurring disorders, using a range of modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and attachment-based therapies. He is committed to trauma-informed, client-centered care and leads both program development and clinical supervision.
Kaylum is passionate about supporting meaningful growth for both clients and clinicians.
In his personal life, he enjoys reading, coaching soccer, staying active, and spending quality time with his family.
