Clinical Director, Canyon View
Holly Thomas serves as the Clinical Director at Canyon View, Turning Point Centers’ primary mental health residential facility. She brings over 30 years of experience in behavioral health and more than 20 years in clinical leadership.
With a foundation in both mental health and substance use treatment, Holly is recognized for her trauma-informed, client-centered approach. She has extensive experience in program development and clinical leadership, emphasizing compassion, ethical care, and long-term recovery outcomes. Her clinical work integrates evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Guided by the belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, Holly is passionate about creating safe, healing environments and mentoring emerging behavioral health professionals.
Originally from Maryland, Holly has lived in Utah for the past 14 years. She resides in Daybreak with her partner of 13 years and their three cats. She enjoys hiking, fly fishing, embroidery, pickleball, and spending time in the mountains.
