Gina Moss
Executive Director
Gina Moss is the Executive Director at Turning Point Centers, where she oversees daily operations for the organization’s residential facilities, admissions, direct care teams, and HR functions. She also manages compliance and risk in coordination with state and national licensing bodies, including CARF.
Gina brings a strong background in Human Resource Management with a BS from Colorado State University and a Master’s in Legal Studies from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law. Her leadership style is highly responsive, hands-on, and informed by a diverse career that spans HR, compliance, social media, public relations, strategic planning, and investor relations.
Known for fostering innovation and collaboration, Gina is committed to building a culture of inclusion, learning, and operational excellence that elevates both staff and client experiences.
