Galen Romero is the Clinical Director at Kaysville Outpatient, bringing over 15 years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment to his role.
Since 2008, Galen has worked in psychiatric hospitals, addiction centers, and mental health facilities, developing deep expertise in both mental health and substance use recovery. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and specializes in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and integrated treatment plans.
Galen is dedicated to evidence-based practices that support recovery and long-term wellness. He continues to prioritize lifelong learning and clinical excellence.
Outside of work, Galen enjoys spending time with family, camping, fishing, and rock hounding—pursuits that help him stay grounded and connected to clients.
